We have one light room carpeted on the 3rd floor complete with double bed, dressing table, mirror, wardrobe, TV, telephone, haidryer and heater.  The room has a corridor leading to a balcony/terras.
We have one study room on the 2nd floor which can be turned into a single bedroom if required.

Rate is charged per person per night.
